Kailash Sarma

Co Founder @ Academy of Speakers | TEDx Speaker | Investment Intern @ Squarepeg

Kailash is a TEDx speaker and co-founder of the Academy of Speakers, currently working at the venture capital firm Square Peg. His extensive experience includes management consulting, investment banking, and founding his own business. Kailash serves as an advisor for RUOK?, Bravehearts, Umeed Psychology, and the Powerhouse Museum.

In his spare time, he co-hosts the podcast “Men of Tomorrow,” which aims to redefine masculinity and help men build healthier relationships with themselves and others. Additionally, Kailash creates content on Instagram and LinkedIn, amassing over 17 million views.

Kailash is passionate about mentoring youth and loves consumer marketing. He is keen to lead the IAA YP members to foster creativity and innovation in the advertising and MarCom industry.
